Fit and Fearless is an exercise program offered free-of-charge and partially funded by the Susan G. Komen Foundation. This program is unique to Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge and is tailored to your physical needs. Held at BREC Independence Park facility, 7500 Independence Boulevard. ZUMBA Gold is a great way for those living with, through and beyond cancer to participate in the Latin dance craze at a pace and level that meets their needs and abilities. Held at BREC Independence Park facility, 7500 Independence Boulevard.
Yoga Thrive offers participants an experience for your body and your mind to help cope with the stresses of living with a cancer diagnosis. Held at the Red Shoes 2303 Government St.
All programs are free of charge.
