Fit and Fearless is an exercise program offered
free-of-charge and partially funded by the Susan G. Komen Foundation. This program is for cancer survivors in the 10-parish Greater Baton Rouge area. Cancer patients who have completed treatment are invited to attend.
A physician's approval is required in order to participate in the program.
Class Times:
- Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m.
- Thursdays, 9:30 a.m.
- Thursdays, 5:15 p.m.

Fit & Fearless DVDs Available Now!
Due to popular demand, we are pleased to offer DVDs of the program.
The video features a one-hour beginner Fit and Fearless session that includes stretching, light cardio, limbering and a meditation segment.
"This DVD workout is created for cancer survivors who want to exercise in a non-intimidating atmosphere with others who share a common experience," said Instructor Laura LeBlanc. "It's good for body, mind, and spirit and offers support and encouragement to those who participate."
