The Knights of Columbus Council No. 3331 held the first Jambalaya Fundraiser for Cancer Services in 1993 in the Juban's Restaurant parking lot on a Saturday afternoon.
Since that first fundraiser, Council 3331 has been joined by the Knights of Columbus #8878 and the Elks Lodge #490. Together they have raised over $60,000 to help support programs and services for those in our community living with cancer.
Last year over $3,600 was raised during the Jambalaya lunch!
The next Jambalaya Lunch will be held Friday, March 28, 2008.
Pre-orders are $5 per plate.
Orders the day of the event will be $6 per plate.
