News from our 2010 Community Survey:
To continue providing service excellence, we conducted a formal survey for the community this year in conjunction with our strategic plan initiatives. The results will help us evaluate our programs and plan for our future. See what some of our clients, volunteers and donors are saying about Cancer Services…
With 323 clients responding, 94.7% of them Agree or Strongly Agree that the programs and services available through Cancer Services adequately meet the needs of cancer survivors.

100% of volunteers who responded to the survey say they Agree or Strongly Agree that the hours they spend volunteering for Cancer Services are worthwhile and that their contributions are appreciated.
“I love volunteering and encourage my friends to get involved as well.”
“As a student volunteer, I have always felt supported and informed with regard to the duties and goals for the Camp Care program. I think it is great for the kids and it leaves me with a feeling of satisfaction by helping others.”
“I enjoy volunteering here because the staff is very well trained and work very well with each other. They are very helpful to all patients walking the through doors of the facility.”
With 42 donors that answered the survey, 97.7% Agree or Strongly Agree that our agency is achieving our mission of improving life for those living with cancer and 95.4% Agree or Strongly Agree that what they do as a donor is helping us achieve this mission. 95.1% Agree or Strongly Agree that when making a decision about investing in philanthropic dollars, they are likely to continue giving to Cancer Services.
