There is no charge to become a client and all of our programs and services are free. There is no need to make an appointment before your visit. Our office is open from 8:30am-4:30pm, M-F. If you are a new client, we ask that you come to the office by 3:30pm to have adequate time for an intake with our intake coordinator.
Mileage Reimbursement & Prescription Assistance
If you would like to apply for mileage reimbursement to assist with gas to-and-from cancer-related doctors appointments or prescription assistance to help pay for cancer-related medications, please call the Direct Assistance Program at 225-927-1329.
Candlelighters Grants
If you would like to enroll your child in our Candlelighters program, call our Support Program at 225-927-2273. Candlelighters are children who have cancer and their siblings and the program is designed for children from birth through age twenty-one.
Exercise Programs
If you are living with, through or beyond a cancer diagnosis and would like to participate in our Fit and Fearless, ZUMBA Gold and/or Yoga Thrive exercise programs, we will need your doctor's permission. See below for the three required forms.
